Start by downloading the Information Sheets and the Application Form for your age group. If you want to request a special diet, you'll also need the Diet Request Form.

Most parts of the application form can be filled out on your computer. Once you've completed it, print it, sign it and mail it to:

Apply Early

Applications become more expensive if unpaid after October 31st and close on November 30th. A few places may remain after this date – contact Virginia to ask. All fees must be paid by December 31st. See the Fees page for prices.

We encourage you to apply early, enclosing a $100 deposit for each applicant. Your deposit will only be refunded if you have a provable emergency or illness, or if the camp is unable to admit you. The RSSC Committee may not give reasons for refusing applications.
