What to Bring

Please make sure everything is clearly marked with your name. This includes your mobile phone, as all phones may be collected during rehearsals to prevent interruptions.

There is no way to spend money at the camp, and therefore no need to bring any.

Everyone

• Sleeping bag or sheets and bedding
• Pillow case (pillows are provided)
• Towel
• Sunscreen and hat
• Toiletries and personal items
• Warm clothing and waterproof coat (weather can be unpredictable!)
• Suitable casual clothing for everyday wear (concert dress is neat casual)

Musicians

• Musical instrument (arrange your own insurance for your instrument if you want it)
• Spare strings (especially upper strings)
• Any chamber music you have and may wish to bring (clearly named)
• Music stand (The camp is harsh on stands. Bring a cheap stand or a sturdy one, and label it. Any unlabelled music stands will be gratefully accepted as a donation to future camps.)

Going Swimming?

• Swimming gear
• Extra towel
• Thongs, sandals or other footwear you can walk in after swimming

Security

We take all care for belongings, but no responsibility. This includes musical instruments. We have never had a security problem at camp. We suggest all unnecessary valuables, including money and electronic equipment, are left at home. We do have a lockable office for special items. However, this should be for long-term storage only as our staff cannot provide frequent access to things like mobile phones.
