Taking the Bus

A chartered bus will leave Hobart at 7:30 am, collect campers in Launceston at 10:00 am and arrive at Camp Clayton at approximately 11:30 am. Passengers may be collected in other towns if requested. Adult supervision will be provided. Please be present 15 minutes before the departure time to avoid delays.

You must indicate your intention to take the bus on your application form, and pay appropriately. Unfortunately, there is no bus to Hobart after the camp, so you must make your own arrangements for travelling home.

In Hobart, the bus will collect passengers at the Cenotaph Grandstand car park (opposite the Aquatic Centre).

In Launceston, the bus will collect passengers at the Bunnings car park (off the King's Meadows Connector).
